This is how I do kale for my family. It is very simple. Remove the thick stem on the kale - put about 1 inch of water in the pan on the stove to get steaming and add the kale. Let the kale steam till it starts to wilt - remove from stove and drain water - add a jigger - like you use for liquor - full of coconut vinegar and 2 jiggers of olive oil some garlic powder and salt to taste. That is it. It is delish!!! You can adjust the vinegar and oil to your taste. Enjoy!!

Forgive my stupidity, but I've never heard of coconut vinegar...where do you find it?

My son served us kale when we visited him and I really enjoyed it. It's not as strong tasting as spinach and very healthy.

Thanks for posting!

Kale is very healthful. I get the huge bag of cut Kale at Wegmans, then add it to ravioli/soups before freezing. Then I freeze the whole bag.

The pain they have cost us, the evils that never happened.

I too wonder. Where does one buy coconut vinegar? I have never heard of it, but this sounds delicious and I am going to try it. Thanks!!
