Kaiserchmarren recipe anyone?

I watched 2 shows today on HSN with Wolfgang Puck & I always get some ideas for meals from his shows ( also Meredith on QVC). Anyhow, on both shows he made a dessert recipe that he baked in the oven & then served over a fruit compote. It looked really good to me, but with his accent I could never understand what he called the dish. LOL!!

So, with some googling I came up with kaiserchmarren as the name, but in all the recipes I found the "pancake" is fried in a skillet. Does anyone here have a recipe that is baked like his? His looked almost like a fluffy souffle rather than a pancake as the others.

Thanks for any help! It looks like a easy recipe that I would like to try!
