I just took this sheetpan dinner out of my oven.  It's Ree Drummonds Italian Sheetpan Bone-in Chicken dinner with fresh string beans, cherry tomatoes and I used purple and white mini potatoes instead of using ripped up bread for croutons, as was in her recipe.  Easy to make, tasty,  and best of all, this 'all-in-one' dinner has hardly any clean-up.  There will be leftovers to be had for tomorrow's dinner in our house, so two dinners with one cook night.

@LizzieInSRQ  Seasonings:  Olive oil, dried parsley, dried Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, Kosher salt and black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and I used some smoked paprika (which was not called for in the recipe).

That does look tasty.  I don't do salt, but the rest of it is making my mouth water.  As a bonus it warmed up your kitchen.
