Of course you could use any flavor of Jello and any kind of fruit...

Jello Poke Cupcakes

Start with a white cake mix or your favorite white cake recipe. Make the mix into cupcakes. Cool completely.

Once cool, poke holes in each cupcake with chopsticks, a kebab stick, a sucker stick – anything small works here!

Mix a 3-oz. package of strawberry or cherry jello into 1 cup of boiling water. Pour the mixture into the holes of the cupcakes.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Mix one small container of whipped topping with 1 package of instant white chocolate pudding. Top each cupcake with the whipped topping mixture. Top with a few blueberries, and you have a festive (and easy!) cupcake to share and celebrate!!
