Jalapeno Popper Pinwheel Recipe

I made these yesterday and really liked the flavor profile and got positive feedback.

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2-3 teaspoons sriracha sauce (to taste)

1 jalapeno seeded and minced

1/2 orange bell pepper finely chopped

2/3 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

10 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped

3 tablespoons minced red onion

4 10" flour tortillas

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sriracha sauce.  Stir everything else in.  Divide evenly over tortillas.  Roll very tightly and wrap with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least several hours.  Slice into 1/2-1" pieces discarding the ends.

Notes:  I used 2 teaspoons of sriracha due to people not liking very much heat, but if it were just me definitely 3 teaspoons!  Recipe called for 6 slices of bacon but I just went ahead and cooked a pound, ate a few slices and used the rest!  I'm guessing 10 slices.  Luckily I also took a dessert to the party but if just making these for a I would double the recipe.

I bet they were good. Pretty presentation too with the colors in the pinwheels.
