I made the noodles yesterday. I used a garlic/herb packet rather than Italian, simply because that's what I had on hand.  I also added peas and it made a nice side to our grilled salmon.  It was delicious.  DH gave it his highest praise, "You can make this again", lol. Thank you.

@house_cat ....thanks for letting me know...looks yummy.  I'll be fixing it sometime this week as well.  Easy recipe!
