If you use a spread made with olive oil, it will stay at a spreading consistancy for doing garlic bread, bruschetta or crostini on the fly. Keeps for months in the fridge in a glass L&L type container. (I prefer glass, as it doesn't take on the odor of the garlic and cheese).

Hi Daisy... I'm sure adding a little olive oil to this spread would be wonderful. Yes, glass works great.

This would also be good on a steak or seafood!!! Yummy

YUM!! Yes, it sure would Miss Britt! I'd also like to add a little gorgonzola like Lynneuk suggested and pop a little blob on a hot grilled steak!! {#emotions_dlg.tt1} Ok, now I'm drooling!

Oh yeah,this would be awesome with a Steak with a blob of Gorgonzola on top, I'm hungry!!!
