I have been loving cooking in my Instant Pot. It seems like it drives the flavor into the roasts I have cooked.
Has anyone tried cooking a large turkey breast (Bone in) in an Instant Pot? I'd like to try it and would appreciate any advice, recipes, etc. Thanks!

I have never tried it but I did save a recipe I found on these forums a while back.
I should try this. I bet it's good.
Servings: 8-10
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes under pressure
Ingredients
Salt and pepper
7 lb. whole turkey breast, wings removed, rinsed under cold water and patted dry.
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups celery, sliced thin
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
2 tsp. dried thyme
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
Method
Liberally salt and pepper the turkey breast.
Heat oil in the pressure cooker using the BROWN setting.
Insert the turkey breast and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Brown until the onion is soft.
Add broth, wine, thyme, and bay leaf, cooking for 2 minutes.
Place the turkey breast back in the pressure cooker.
Cover and set to high pressure. Cook for 40 minutes.
Release the pressure using the quick-release method.

Another Turkey Breast Pressure Cooker Recipe
I do turkey breasts all the time in my pressure cooker. There is NO OTHER WAY to cook a turkey breast than in a pressure cooker, once you've tried it and see how moist the meat is.
I use two cups of broth, season as I like, cut an onion into quarters, put in a couple carrots and celery ribs in chunks.
I do brown mine a little in oil first in my cooker, then put in the broth and veggies.
I do mine on full pressure for 40 minutes. Let pressure come down on its own. Once down remove veggies....toss.....take turkey and set aside.....right in the pressure cooker I make my gravy from the broth. Re-season if necessary.
Sure hope this comes out great for you.....
