InstaPot Pressure cooker free e-cookbook, (PDF)

http://www.healthygirlskitchen.com/2013/07/looking-for-recipes-for-your-instant.html

Sorry, can't get hyperlink to work. Anyhow, there is a link in this webpage to a free cookbook for the instapot, but you can certainly use any pressure cooker.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this (and the link works fine for me).

I love my InstantPot and really need to expand my horizons in terms of using it to it's full potential.  To tell you the truth, I am just so glad everything comes out so great!

Thank you again for posting this, I really appreciate it.  Heart

Thx for sharing. I don't have the InstaPot. When I need a new pressure cooker I may look into this one. Your hyperlink does open & work. I noticed on posts it does not highlight the color in blue any longer after you insert the link. Wish everyone would click the open in another page option so the forums page is still open.

Hi mtc I'm looking for a new pressure cooker.  Previously had one from the Q and gave it away.

Which InstantPot do you have, and would you recommend it?

TIA

Oh whitelinen78, I LOVE my InstantPot!  It is hands down my favorite kitchen gadget and trust me I have a ton . . . but that's another story.

The model I have is IP-LUX60.  I got it at a great price on Amazon as it is an older model and the new one was being introduced.  It has more than enough features for me and do not regret not getting the more expensive newer version.

I am not a very confident cook but this PC has made a huge difference in my cooking.  I previously had a Cooks Essential model and things came out ok but nothing I would share with company.  The first time I used the InstantPot (didn't even need to read the directions it is that easy to use) I could not believe the difference in the quality of my lunch.  Like night and day and pleae note it was same things I had been making in the CE version.

I at first to put it bluntly could not believe all of the outstanding reviews on Amazon but now that I have used it, I completely agree and have posted the same.

If you are interested in pressure cooking, I would more than highly recommend their products.  Oh and before I forget, the inside pot is all stainless steel and cleans up like a dream for those that are concerned about either clean up or cooking with a non-stick surface.  It also comes with a great user guide and recipe book and several handy tools including a rack that fits in the bottom so if you are making say a potato it doesn't have to sit in the liquid.

I think it's a great buy and would encourage anyone to give it a try!

lacey1, thanks for the link.  It worked fine for me too. (QVC's new format doesn't make links look like links -- what a pain!)  I don't think my mother ever cooked a meal (except maybe breakfast) without making some part of it in her trusty Presto pressure cooker.  There are some yummy-looking recipes in that PDF.Nice pictures too.  Glad you found it.
