Perfect timing for me too. I have ricotta to use up for something else other lasagne. Sounds good and hubby will like it for sure.

Yesterday on The Chew they did all southern cooking type recipes, one of which was a mac & cheese dish. WOW- did that look so good and gooey with lots of cheese!!! They made the sauce in a blender and used a softened cream cheese among other cheeses, poured over the pasta, into the oven it went.

I must pull up this recipe and try it too. I love a great mac & cheese!!!
