In search of old Weight Watcher recipe from 70s or 80s

It was for a mussel casserole with long grain rice and raisins ....

It came from a weight watcher cookbook, my mom used to make it

it was so yummy

Anyone remember this?

Greatly appreciated

Hi Girio,

Was going through QVC blog looking for weight watchers recipes when I came upon your request for a Mussel/Rice recipe.  Did you ever find it?  If not I found it in an old WW cookbook.  It's quite lengthy so I'm not gonna copy it here unless you need it.  Let me know, Gerri

I was hoping you were looking for the famous cabbage soup recipe. I'll see if I can find my old cookbook, but I haven't seen it in years.

Any other info; i.e., tomato based, cream based, onions?

Sorry I can't help you. I recently found a Jean Niedich 1970's cookbook at a booksale. I gave it to my Weight Watcher leader. I thought the recipes looked awful compared to today. I started my Weight Watchers journey in the 70s and I am a lifetime members at goal. It certainly works for me.
