In response to BB13: Here's one of my fav's

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni (you don't have to precook)

1 stick of butter or margarine, sliced into several pats (I prefer butter)

12 oz. grated cheddar cheese

4 oz. grated mozzarella cheese

5 cups milk (sometimes I halve with 2 and 1/2 cups half and half)

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the macaroni, butter, shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella, in the order given, in a 9x13" pan. Pour the milk/cream over the top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

You can halve this recipe in an 8x8" pan if desired. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, if desired. ENJOY! K
