Re: If you like Peanut Butter, what brand do you prefer?

There is not a peanut butter that I would turn away LOL.......that's why it is hardly ever in my home.

Jif is owned by Smucker's. They bought it a few years ago from P&G.  I'm retired from P&G, that's how I know.

@luvmybeetle my brother-in-law used to work for P & G.

He left when they closed up a plant and moved it to another state.

We make our own peanut butter in the Vitamix with a jar of lightly salted peanuts. Yum!!!

Jif creamy is the only one I like, other than Aldi brand which is the same thing.

I abhor the crunchy kind. My mom bought it once and I almost cried because I thought it was so awful.

She also went through a health kick phase and bought organic peanut butter. I had the same reaction.

She finally learned not to mess with my peanut butter.

I'm the same about the crunchy issue.   It's odd, as I do like peanuts.  But the pb needs to be creamy.  Smiley Very Happy

Glad we have choices.  Smiley Happy

@chickenbutt Same! I love roasted salted peanuts and also peanuts in the shell. I think the thing about crunchy peanut butter is that I can't tell that those are peanuts, it's almost like there are pebbles in my peanut butter--not supposed to be in there!
