I'd make egg roll in a bowl.  Many recipes on line.

This sounds really interesting - I'm going to investigate recipes for next week.

 

I forgot to update this thread - I wound up browning the ground beef and pretty much just added it to my sauteed cabbage with onions.  It was simple and delicious.

My gut instinct would be to do something like Redtop said, except I would mix up the whole mess, then bake.  Maybe top with Swiss cheese, as I'm on a Swiss cheese kick.  Reading through this, I'm going to try something with soy sauce, onions and green pepper.  There's been a cabbage drying out in my fridge for well over a month.  It's that or the deer get a treat.
