Long time lurker of your forum here, and I'm turning to you folks for some much needed help.
I'm hosting Christmas dinner at my house this year, and am having a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings: stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, butternut squash, cranberry sauce, etc.
For some reason, I NEVER know what to serve for a vegetable side dish! Do any of you have something tried and true, delicious and EASY?
(Not a fan of the infamous green bean casserole w/ crispy onions.)
Thanks so much for any advice you can give me, and Merry Christmas to all!
