For an easy basic prep: Since pork tenderloin is very lean, I smooth it with olive oil, and season liberally with garlic salt and cumin- We always try to grill it, and it's fabulous! Since it is very basic, if leftovers, I make a pork fried rice, or add BBQ sauce and shred it, or slice thin for sammies!
It goes a long way! Enjoy! 💝

I season it and cook it with a can of cranberry sauce, whole berry or regular.

I have had great success with a coffeee base rub. Have used the Weber Br@nd, as well as Trader Joe's brand. Have also made from scratch with good results:
-instant coffee or express powder
-equal amount kosher salt
-1-2 tablespoons of white or brown sugar, say half as much as the coffee powder/kosher salt
-red or black pepper to your taste
rub all sides of meat AFTER removing silver skin from the tenderloin
i never cook to more than 135, let rest to 145 degrees
it always comes out great!

DH has used a coffee based rub on steaks. He found a recipe online. They were really yummy. We always rub down pork with olive oil before cooking.

I like to cook my pork lions in the slow cooker, seasoned with some Tony's, and water for moisture; low and slow, usually cooking overnight. I eat it with vegetables, as a roast, in soft tacos, loaded on a baked potato with butter, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese or slathered in bbq sauce in a pulled pork sandwich. By not over seasoning the meat while it cooks, I can add various spices when I heat it up to serve for different meals.
