The viscosity of your sauce will depend on the amount of cornstarch used. More for a thicker sauce. You could also buy canned.

That looks delicious, judgejudith. My husband would flip for that. I don't keep alcohol in the house, but I think it would be good even without it.

if you use fresh blueberries you would not even need to make a sauce......good cake layers, freshly whipped cream and fresh blueberries is all you need.
