Someone posted a whole cauliflower recipe a while back.  I made it today...I oiled w/olive oil and salt, pepper. and seasoned the cauliflower and baked for half hour, then I made the coating with Mayo, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic, onion, salt,  pepper and curry powder. I didn't use chili powder,  but you could use whatever your taste buds like.  I followed the recipe, and coated the baked cauliflower with the mixture, and baked until tender and brown.   It was really tasty, and delicious.   If you prefer you veggies more tender, I would suggest you bake longer until fork tender.  Mine was on the crunchy side, but still delicious.   Thank you to the person that posted this recipe!!

Would love to post a picture, but this site doesn't accept,  says files too large.  I tried going down to smallest size, but doesn't work ☹.   Hope qvc updates this forum, or I give me further advice.   I'm on a Samsung s20 phone, fairly new model and I'm very disappointed I can't post pics.

Just want to mention the basic recipe is in the Jessica Seinfeld Food Swings Virtue & Vice cookbook.

She's got a lot of basically easy recipes which you might really enjoy.

@Dazlin  I had the same problem posting a picture from my new IPhone. I installed an app called compress and can now make pictures smaller.

@Leggett28 ,  thank you, I'll look into this.  It's so weird,  one morning I was able to post pics, then all of a sudden nothing else would go through,  same phone, same pics.
