How do you organize your recipes from magazines?

I need ideas on how to organize my recipe collection. I have many Paula Deen/Taste of the South magazines, and when I am looking for a particular recipe, I have to thumb through all of them to find it. Do any of you just tear out your favorites out of each magazine? Any ideas? Thanks.
