How do you like your pulled pork sandwich???

DH just smoked 2 6.5 lb pork shoulders for a family gathering. It was so hard to do the "pulling" and get the meat in the pan, as I kept wanting to just shove it in my mouth--it was so juicy and yummy!

My favorite way to fix a pulled pork sandwich is: a King's Hawaiian bun, sweet mustard on one side and BBQ sauce on the other side, a slice of some kind of cheese, and a serving of cole slaw.

How do you love your pulled pork served?

Honestly, any way sounds great about now. I love it with bbq sauce on the side. Either hamburger buns or Kings Hawaiian rolls. I bet everyone will love it.

Large cheddar cheese biscuits cut in half instead of buns is how I like it. Shredded pork lightly tossed with barbecue sauce.

Love, love pulled pork, my favorite sandwich. Hold the cheese and give me a couple of big slices of onion and some pickles with extra sauce and the bun toasted.

I'll skip the bread. Just give me some pulled pork with barbeque sauce, topped with a little cole slaw and some dill pickle slices in a dish and I'm happy.

On a toasted bun in it's own natural juices with the barbeque sauce on the side -- YUM! Side of coleslaw and a slice of cheddar on sandwich wouldn't hurt.

BBQ is about my favorite food and I actually had some today. I am from Charlotte,NC and I prefer "Eastern style" bbq. It has a vinegar based sauce. I like my bbq served on a plate with slaw (red or mayo but I prefer the red slaw),a piece of white sandwich bread,and some hush puppies on the side. Omg....add some Brunswick stew and it is even better. Did I say i love bbq? LOL
