How Do You Make Your Deviled Eggs?

I add a couple of Tablespoons of Whipped cream cheese

with a little mayo and mustard, and I add some sweet pickle relish, salt and pepper to taste. I also make my

egg salad sandwiches with cream cheese too.

Mayonnaise,  mustard, salt, pepper, and horseradish to taste.  I also make one extra egg and add the yolk to the mixture so they are extra full.

Yours sounds delicious too!

While the eggs are still warm, I half them and put the yolks in a bowl. (Warm causes the flavors to mix.)

I add Dukes mayo to the bowl, a touch of mustard, salt, a little pepper and just a touch of sugar,

Whip with a hand held mixer.

Using a spoon, fill the egg whites.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Chill.

I use mayonnaise, a mix of mustards - half regular, half Dijon, a sprinkle of dry minced onions, and then top with a sprinkle of paprika.  Smiley Happy

@ECBG   My "southern" mother is known for her devil eggs.  Your incredients are the exact same ones she uses.  NOTHING more nor NOTHING less.

Egg yolks, Hellman's mayo (maybe a little extra squeeze of a few drops of lemon and light on the mayo), pickle relish, a tiny bit of onion salt maybe, mash and stuff in the whites, add freshly ground pepper on top.

I also love to mix in chopped olives!  AND if I have a boiled egg I might slice, grab 2 slice of white bread, put mayo on either side, top with the egg slices, a little bit of pickle relish, a little salt and pepper and voila, an egg salad sandwhich for one.  Deli ham is good on top of the eggs, and sliced black or green olives add some extra zip!

Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced in half and pop the yolks into a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork.

Add a mix of Dukes Mayo, Woeber's Horseradish Mustard, Woeber's Horseradish Sauce, a little S & P. Taste and make any adjustments.

Put mixture in a ziplock freezer bag and press to a corner.  Snip the corner off and use as a piping bag to fill the eggs.

Lightly sprinkle with paprika.

Mayo, mustard and diced dill pickles for an extra bit of flavor.  However I rarely make them anymore.  I used to many years ago when I was first married.

I do this too, sometimes 2 extra.  It just depends on how large my batch is.
