How Do You Copy Those Links ???

I've seen some of you adding links to other sites in your posts. Some of them are the actual URL addresses but others are of the form

CLICK HERE

or

HERE

and the text is blue. (I guess the color change is probably automatic when the software recognizes it as a link.) But how do you make the "CLICK HERE" type links?
