Hot Chocolate Snowman Jars

Good morning! Does anyone have the instructions for the Hot Chocolate Snowman Jars that someone posted a picture of under the topic "Any ideas for Food Gifts for Xmas?". They are just so cute - and something I would love to make & give my co-workers as Xmas gifts this year. Plus - it would be a great project for me to do with my granddaughters - we'd have a great time making these! Thanks to anyone who can help me!
