That looks soooo good. I'm going to make it but leave out the noodles. We don't eat pasta. I'll just pretend it's a loose meat loaf.

@Bridgegal - One of us doesn't either! Are you going to add more ground round to make up for the noodles? I was thinking of doing 1-1/2 lbs. ![]()

I was thinking I might leave out the second can of tomatoes since the liquid wouldn't be needed for the noodles. But your idea of adding more ground beef might be better. I have a feeling this might be a trial and error thing until I get the consistency right.
