I made Ina Gartens recipe for this for Mem. day to serve on toasted ciabatta bread and it was pretty darn good. Very easy to make but not very figure friendly. It takes whole milk, heavy cream and vinegar. I added in various fresh herbs and then grilled the bread slices, and rubbed garlic cloves over them while they were still hot from the grill. Was so good. I'll experiment with using lower fat options. But really nice for a change.
