I'm making lime pickles. What do I do with the lime water I poured off the pickles? Wanna know how to dispose of it.

google it, what to do with pickle juice.  Lime pickle juice would work the same.  Lots of info.

Use it in place of vinegar in salad dressings. You could also add a small amount to guacamole.

If you're talking about the lime soaking solution, which is step one in pickle making, you can pour it down the drain.

This solution is meant to firm up the cucumber, and does not have any pickle taste as yet.

Yup I called my County Extension Service. I could pour it down my sink or throw it in a ditch. So I took care of the problem. 🙂
