Well Ladies, the store brand of coconut worked out quite nicely.  Surprisingly, it was moist.  I noticed store #2's looked better than store #1's, probably because they didn't even have a space for the national brand so they would turn stock over more.

Thank you.  You're so kind.  Next year I'll increase the stick pretzels.  Sticks worked great adding a tiny touch of salt and delicious crunch.  Almonds or hazel nuts would have been a nice touch, but I already had nuts in several items.
