Hoagie Dip - Need A Great Recipe

Does anyone have a great recipe for a Hoagie Dip.

A friend of mine's husband was diagnosed with cancer recently (from Agent Orange) and friends/family are holding a benefit next weekend.

I was asked to make his very favorite thing in the world...Hoagie Dip. I've never made it and I want it to be extra special.
