Hi Lilbit!! It is soooo good to have you back!  You have been truly missed-- both you and BritBrit13. I'm happy to see that she has also returned. I still love making the Apple Lasagna recipe you posted several years ago.  It's always a hit when I take it to a potluck.  Another favorite of mine is your Hong Kong Chicken recipe.

I expect that this recipe forum will be percolating now that you have returned.  I do miss lavendersage, sue-p, riverrat, ties that bind, and several others whom I can't recall right now,

Hopd your health challenges have been conquered or at least under control and you won;t have to take another extended leave of absence,
