Help with Rice Pudding..

Hi y'all - I'm looking for an easy recipe for rice pudding. I remember many years ago, (maybe in the 70's) I had a recipe for rice pudding, made with instant rice and I think whipped cream was folded in. There was no Redi-Whip or Cool Whip (I made my own with an egg beater and heavy cream). It had to be instant rice because I never made cooked rice in those days. It was a very creamy, rich, and easy recipe.

Does anyone know where I can find it... I keep thinking it was from a Betty Crocker cookbook but I can't find anything like it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.... TIA {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
