Help with Recipe

I saw a recipe and am almost sure it was on this board but now I can't find it!!!!!! It was a recipe for beef tacos done in the crock pot. The main ingredients were beef chunks (stew meat) and salsa. That's all I remember except I know I really wanted to try it for my husband.

Does this sound familar to anyone? If so, could you please post the recipe again or lead me in the direction to find it.......I would be very, very grateful for any help!
