Help me tweak this idea I have for leftover cheesecake - thanks!

I'm trying to plan my Easter desserts. I have almost a whole cheesecake in the freezer - leftover from a get together.

I could just put it out but I'm thinking of layering it in parfait glasses with cherry pie filling. Do you think this would work? It's the sampler cheesecake so some will be plain and some will be chocolate.

Top it with whipped cream? Any ideas to tweak it or not a good idea? Thanks~!Smile
