Fruit Fresh is definately preferred for enzamatic browning.  I have always used this fixing fruit trays for events.

@DiamondGirly  -  I'll never forget the Thanksgiving that my "very opinionated" sister-in- law tried to tell me that cutting potatoes the night before would make them brown.  I know that!  Now, I grew up in a large family and we did this all the time and placed them fully covered in a pot of water in the fridge.  I was making 5 lbs. of mashed potatoes and said,  "Trust me, covering them in water won't make them turn brown."  She was amazed that it worked. Apparently, she didn't know to put them into water.Woman LOL
