I made this tonight using sliced, boneless, skinless chicken thighs because I didn't have any beef. I threw in a little crushed red pepper for a little kick.

Very good, lots of nice gravy to pour over rice.

Thank you so much for the recipe!!! It was good but I do wish the chinese restaurants were open😉

I would recommend using "low sodium" soy sauce & broth because it was a bit "salty" for me.  Spouse enjoyed it!

Now that I see @ChiliPepper @made the Campbell soup recipe with chicken that might be next weeks menu!  Thank you again😀😀
