I have been cooking for over 40 years, and I am ashamed to tell you that I cannot make instant pudding!! I made it a couple of times, and it was perfect. Then, the last two times I made it, it was all "watery" when I went to serve it. When I was whisking it in a bowl, it was already getting thick. I poured it in ramekins, and went to serve it after dinner, and it was all watery! Yuck!! Any suggestions??
