Help! Does Anyone Have Any Ideas For A Green Dish?

My DH has to bring a covered dish for St. Paddy's day to work on saturday. The catch is the dish has to be green for St. Patrick's Day. When I suggested a tray with green fruits and veggies and even a green pasta salad, my DH was like,"Eh, can't you come up with something better?" Of course, the only other thing that I can come up with our green cupcakes if all else fails.

Any ideas will be welcome! Thank You!!
