Made your recipe tonight delicious!

Had it without beans no pasta. When my son eats it will have it with pasta most likely cavatappi as one of his favorites.

Didn't feel like messing about with meatballs so this was perfect.

@rockygems123  So happy that you enjoyed the soup!  It's an easy soup to make and the flavors are all there.  Another thing about this soup is it's customizable, so you can even use up some fridge veggies too, like zucchini in it.  

p.s. cavatappi is one of my favorites too!  Love those little pig tail curls..

This is very close to a soup recipe I got here on the boards many many years ago.  It didn't have beans or spinach but rather cheese tortellini.  I can't remember the last time I made it but now I'm hungry for it again!

Your recipe was easy and delicious, just what we like!  Geoffrey Zakarian has a great recipe Cavatappi Sausage Kale and Mushroom you may want to try it, so simple too.

When I make Martha Stewart's Pan Roasted Chicken with Za'atar Potatoes and Greens and I use kale and whatever I have left goes in the Zakarian dish.

@rockygems123   Will definitely look those up and give them a try.  I like using kale and it's so healthy too!   I think it keeps it's integrity much better than spinach, which I do like as well.
