Healthy and Easy Turkey Chili

1 pound lean ground turkey

2 c. chopped onion (or to taste)

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. chopped bell pepper

6 cloves chopped garlic (or to taste)

2 T. olive oil

1 can black beans, drained

2 cans kidney beans, drained

1 can pinto beans, drained

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 quart chicken broth (I use low fat, low sodium)

Chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Brown ground turkey in 1 T. olive oil. Set aside. Saute onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in 1 T. olive oil. Add turkey, beans, tomatoes, and chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes or longer. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
