Thank you!!! What a great recipe! Just made it; it is very good!

For DH and me, my small batch used 1 lb. of meat and a small can of the crushed pineapple. I didn't measure anything else, just used the approximate amounts of all the other ingredients called for to accommodate the 1 lb of meat.

@momtochloe

I made this last night. Delish!!!!

I added a squirt of sriracha also to give it a little kick.

We are going to make TACOS out of the leftovers tonight! Yum!!!!

Thanks mtc, definitely a keeper my Friend!!!

MTC, perfect variation on an already favorite!  Made it for guests this weekend. And everyone agreed this Is a winnah!  The addition of pinneapple was great.  I would never think of making that addition.  . Thanks for sharing.  Cece

DUH!!!  TACOS!  BRILLIANT @ChiliPepper

Now why didn't I think of that???

I was just eating the leftovers with a spoon!

  I'm not a big bun gal (lol, sounds kinda funny)

so I would really appreciate a lighter taco!  Less bread!

HOWEVER, @momtochloe

We are totally now hooked on those darn Hawaiian Rolls!  Where have they been hiding all my life!  What tasty little, addictive things those are!

Thanks!
