I know it's early, but today I started thinking about party appetizers for a recurring Christmas party we attend. I think it's because I'll be retiring in November and will have more time to pay attention to holiday entertaining. I'm really looking forward to it!

@PA Mom-mom absolutely not, it just quit raining in my area...we have over 3 weeks with rain...every day....all I can think about is sunshine, working in the yard, enjoying our back porch and ice tea.

Goodness no.  I am working on what to serve the grandkids when they are over next week.  The holidays will have to wait until next fall.

No planning here. We have the same menu every year.  I know what we are having until I am no longer able to cook, sit up and receive nourishment.
