We had this with Easter brunch yesterday and it was really good, so I thought I'd share the recipe, it's from Betty Crocker.

DD and I made it a a little deeper, which we liked, and served it with a fruit platter, pastries and Mimosas.
Recipe on link above.
We used the Jimmy Dean Regular sausage chub and the Ore-Ida Diced Hash Browns.

I have looked at that recipe before but never made it because I wasn’t sure which sausage would be good. What kind did you use.

Noel7:
Your Easter Brunch menu looks and sounds delicious! Mine was similar (i.e. fruit platter, mimosas). Your breakfast casserole has pretty much the same ingredients except I baked a frittata in a cast iron skillet.

Thank you @Diva on The Q ![]()
I love frittatas. This was the first egg bake I've made, it came out really well. It can be spiced up with salsa and sour cream on top, and some of the comments mentioned adding spinach and small tomatoes.

I follow the same recipes except I use two different ingredients. I use hot JD sausage and Diced Potatoes O’Brien (has green bell pepper, onion). We like a little more spice.

I like that about it @OKPrincess. You can make it to suit your own taste 😊
