Thank you for the replies and additional information. The posted recipe for the ice cream bread is what I found too. Also thank you for the Nutella ice cream cake recipe. The same granddaughter loves Nutella so we may try that one too!

I've started to reply to this thread 3 times, LOL. I don't want anyone to think I'm dissin' ice cream bread, it sounds wonderful, but for me, it also sounds like a huge waste of good ice cream

I read the article and I'm wondering if the butter pecan ice cream bread may make good French toast. Lemon cake/ bread sounded good, as well.

I never heard of it but two ingredients; that is my kinda recipe. I might try it this weekend.

LOL, me too! I'm way too fond of ice cream. It would never make it in the pan!!!

It does sound like a fun thing to try though. Maybe make half a recipe & eat the other half of the ice cream Now that's a win-win!!!
