Hai members,

I've been a fan of the Big Mac for years, but I've noticed some changes in the taste and size. Has anyone else experienced this change? Do you think the recipe has changed, or is it just me?   Mcdonald's Menu

I haven't had a Big Mac in at least 40 years.

I'm sure it changed, just like everything else. They probably changed sources for their sauce, beef, buns, etc etc several times over the years. And as every corporation does, they will cut corners whenever possible.

No more than two years ago McDonald's announced they were making some changes to their menu in regards to the cheese and the bread.  Maybe that is what you are noticing.

While I am not a regular customer of them, when I have eaten them I notice just the usual sign of the times, smaller product but higher price.  🍔

A Big Mac is my favorite sandwich at McDonalds. Can't say I noticed a difference in the sandwich. But the reason I like the sandwich is for the sauce. As long as it has sauce I will happily eat it.

I hardly ever get McD's so it's hard to notice any change.  I had a Big Mac in the summer and thought there was a lot of bread in relation to everything else.

I haven't had a McDonalds anything in 4 years, and don't know how many decades since I had a big mac. I never wanted all that bread or special sauce. . . so a regular burger or quarter pounder was my go to.
