Hi - I used to work in a restaurant as a prep cook...this was the burger sauce we made. It was so good, I've never tasted any other like it. Most places use a 1000 Island style sauce. I've been wanting to make hamburgers at home and craving this sauce. I hope you like it.
We made it by the gallon, adjust to your like and size.
Mix
2 parts mayo
1 part sweet relish
Squirt of mustard
1/4 or 1/3 part Sauerkraut - drained and chopped (the secret)
