Just made the Broccolini/Spinach Fritata.  Added Mushrooms and shallots, subbed Broccoli and used Mexican cheese mix sinc I didn't have feta.  Results were amazing.  Turned out like a souffle.  Recipe from his cook book for quantities.

I bought at last sec.Of course no cook book. Not to creative so I hope you all share recipes. I love CS and lots of his products and food. Can't wait to get mine if it comes. Never procrastinate ladies.

Oh I love artichokes. Haven't done them since Instant Pot died on me. Can't wait to get my mini. I wasn't able to get cookbook so thank you for recipes, especially this artichoke one.

Can someone post the mac and cheese recipe from Curtis mini cooker? I can't believe cookbooks don't come with these items like good ole days.
But 5 recipes is not too helpful. (Sorry Curtis)

@Tigerfish2 - I did not purchase the cookbook otherwise I would be sharing recipes from it. 

Can those that have the cookbook please share your favorite recipes? 

I will look for more recipes online.
