YIELD: 8 servings. INGREDIENTS: 1 can no-salt added canned peas / 1 medium-sized ripe avocado / 1- 6 oz. container plain Greek yogurt / 1/2 C. fresh chopped cilantro / 4 t. Lime juice / 1/4 t. garlic salt / 1/8 t. Black pepper / 1/8 t. ground cumin / 1 small tomato, chopped / 1/4 C. onion, minced. PREPARATION: 1. Combine peas, avocado, yogurt, cilantro, limejuice, and dry spices in blender or food processor, mixing until smooth. 2. In a medium bowl, fold together puréed mixture, chopped tomato, and minced onion. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
