Ground Beef Recipes???

This is a main staple to me can anyone post some easy an quick recipe's here? I would also like an easy recipe for Shi# on a shingle recipe. I had it with ground beef and bisquits at a friends house. I think its the same as sausage and gravy{#emotions_dlg.unsure} I am also looking for a recipe called poor man's lasagna I heard it from the lock and lock Lady. Can anyone help me??? {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
