1 CUP mayo

1 CUP chapped scallions(white and green parts--about 6 scallions)

1 CUP chopped fresh basil

1/4 CUP freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

2 teaspoons anchovy paste (next to the tuna and anchovies in the grocery)

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 CUP sour cream

2 TABLESPOONS chopped fresh taragon

Place all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream in blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Add sour cream and process until just blended.
