These brownies were made for a bake sale and extras were brought in for us to try.Smile Everyone loved them! The recipe is from Taste of Home.

Graham Cracker Brownies

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)

1 cup (6oz) semisweet chocolate chips

1 tsp baking powder

pinch salt

1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Tip from TOH: Baking bars & brownies. To easily remove from a pan, line the bottom of the pan with foil, then grease. Add the batter and bake as directed. It is important to evenly spread the batter in the pan. If one corner is thinner than another, it will bake faster and be over-baked when the rest of the pan is done.
