My fav is Gouda and raw fruit (apples, grapes, etc.) Enjoy!

As one poster suggested you could freeze remaning portions, if not cheese stays fresh in an air tight container like a locknlock for quite a while usually longer than the original packaging.

That is good to know. I will freeze the rest of the cheese on Monday. Or maybe keep some out for grilled cheese sandwichs and tomato soup for lunch one day.

I'd use gouda in mac and cheese as one of three cheeses. I make my own mac and cheese and play aorund with which cheeses I'd like to use. One always needs to be a sharp of something.

I love gouda cheese especially with crackers as a snack; also with apples and grapes.

 

It is wonderful in mac and cheese.

 

We also buy it in slices for sandwiches.

We eat Gouda on crackers.The best prices for Gouda is at Aldi's if you have one where you live.It can also be eaten with roast beef etc. in a sandwich.
